Amtech NC-559-ASM-UV(TPF) No-Clean Flux Paste 100g

Amtech NC-559-ASM-UV(TPF) is a 100g no-clean tacky flux designed for professional electronics and mobile motherboard repair.
The high-viscosity flux provides good solder wetting and tackiness, making it suitable for BGA reballing, SMD/SMT rework, IC repair and other precision PCB soldering applications. It can help hold small components and BGA solder balls in position before and during heating.
It is suitable for BGA, PGA, CSP and flip-chip applications and can be used during smartphone and electronics motherboard repair. The no-clean formulation is designed to leave minimal residue after soldering.
