Requesting a review
Contact support with your Order ID and details of the issue. Eligibility depends on the product, its condition and the circumstances of the order.
Before sending an item
Do not return an item without receiving return instructions. Items sent without authorization may not be accepted.
Approved refunds
If a refund is approved, it will normally be initiated through the original payment method. Processing time may also depend on the payment provider or bank.
