1. Digital Services
All services provided by VKAY are digital in nature. Once a service has been successfully delivered, completed, activated, or the requested digital information has been provided, no refund will be issued.
2. Successful Delivery
A service is considered successfully delivered when:
The requested digital service has been completed.
Tool rental credentials or access have been provided.
Digital files or information have been delivered.
API-based services have returned a successful result.
Any other purchased digital service has been successfully fulfilled.
Once delivery is successful, the payment is non-refundable.
3. Failed Orders
If VKAY is unable to deliver the purchased service due to a technical issue, server issue, or service failure, the refund (or wallet credit, where applicable) will be processed according to the service type and internal verification.
4. Duplicate Payments
If a customer is charged more than once for the same order due to a payment processing error, the duplicate amount will be reviewed and refunded or credited to the customer's wallet after verification.
5. Incorrect Orders
Customers are responsible for providing accurate details such as device model, serial number, IMEI, or any other required information. Refunds will not be provided for failures caused by incorrect information submitted by the customer.
6. Change of Mind
Refunds will not be provided because the customer:
Changed their mind.
No longer requires the service.
Purchased the wrong service after successful delivery.
Failed to read the service description or requirements before purchasing.
7. Fraud Prevention
VKAY reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases involving suspected fraud, abuse, misuse of services, chargeback abuse, or violations of our Terms & Conditions.
